Caritas Philippines conducted a 3-day basic training on Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) for key staff at the Caritas Philippines Academy in Tagaytay City, Cavite.
The training aimed to standardize and institutionalize the MEAL system across all programs, ensuring the quality of interventions and the organization’s accountability to its stakeholders, particularly the community.
