Caritas Philippines, the social action arm of the Catholic Church in the country, works in close partnership with 85 Diocesan Social Action Centers (DSACs) throughout the Philippines. These centers are instrumental in driving and coordinating a range of social development efforts across parishes and Basic Ecclesial Communities (BECs).The DSACs help unite efforts to promote social justice, humanitarian aid, and environmental sustainability, making a significant impact on both local communities and nationwide initiatives.
